Just out of curiosity, what if Gwendoline Christie
was a character in Andromeda? How would you feel, if she was the female protagonist or a crew/squad member. I'd say her voice would be more suited for a female Turian or Krogan. OR one of the new races. I don't see her playing a damsel in distress either.
All good as long as she isn't hyped up to be a super cool character and then be unceremoniously dumped in a trash can *cough* Phasma *cough*.

If they're going to use someone who's quite famous, then I hope that person will get some really essential role. I was so hyped for Gwendoline's voice in DA:Inquisition and it turned out she voiced some very minor characters: command spirit in Crestwood and Reaver in multiplayer. Meh. I have no idea why they used Gwnedoline for such minor roles. And I thought she was going to be Calpernia.
I really want her to be femRyder, but voicing main protagonist is a huge time sink, so I don't think an actor like this will ever voice main character in rpg, where you have a hell of a lot of lines to record.

Yes, the experience is important. Peter Dinklage is a great actor. His use of voicing in GoT, movies etc. is amazing. However, he didn't do pretty good in Destiny.

Phasma is Boba Fett of VI. Boba literally had 4 or 5 lines "As you wish." "He's no good to me dead." "He's worth more to me alive." "Put Solo into the cargo bay." Yet he's the most famous of all. Also, Phasma is to return with a bigger role in VII.

Pls, Phasma was just a huge wuss who ratted out the empire first chance she got! The real Boba Fett is this guy who understands loyalty!
