According to the above website, the DLC (and others), are now free of charge on Origin PC, but where can I find them?

Go to Origin and on the Game Card, you should see a list of DLCs available for ME2.  Along with them are all the visors and the terminus armor.  "Buy" them to add them to your library.  After that, be sure to click on Download to download the DLCs.  Then fire up the game. :)

Is there any way to buy ME2 DLC when I don't own it through origin but as a physical copy? I added a link to my game in origin, but it doesn't give me the option of going to a list of downloadable content and I can't find ME2 DLC in the origin store.

Did you try checking the user entitlements in the old BSN?

Oh, I didn't think of that! Let me see if I even remember how to get to the legacy BSN...

Thanks!

For anyone wondering the same thing, AlanC9 gave me the answer, which is to simply register the game in Origin by entering the disc's key into the "redeem code" spot. You will then be able to click the title on the game library page and buy or download whatever DLC you like.

Yep, that's what I did.
All I did was copy the ME2 Key from Steam, and then paste it in Origin using the redeem code. Sadly, this method fails to work for ME1.
