Hey all! The topic pretty much covers the question I have.to be more brief, I have a rogue dual wield whom I converted into an archer. Now as I progress through the story is it possible that the general weapon I loot could have a higher occurrence rate of daggers as this was the class i had chosen at the character selection. If I could clear this doubt, I will be able to decide if I should start again or not.
Thanks in advance
Wil character class define the type of loot I get through the game

nope i think it's random drops.
plus you get a rough mix of all because you have to gear up your companions too ![]()

Other than the unique drops from certain enemies/quests/chests, it's better to craft your Inquisitor's and party's gear, anyway.
Edit: Well, early game when first playing, crafting isn't very open, but after playing more and using the golden nug in later playthroughs, crafting is the way to go.

there are a few drops that are for the Inquisitor and, do depends on class but, mostly no. The first two items you get in the prologue do depend on class but, after that just a few special ones.

I think the only thing it really affects is "Special Deliveries" and to be honest the items in there quickly become redundant because of the better items you find in game or can craft yourself. There are some good daggers in game but also some really good bows, so either way you should be fine.
