The warden can kill Shale right after she has been waken up, in Honnleath.
It seems to me a very meanigful choiche (it allows you to have a wordls state with shale dead and side-with-caradin).
I hope you'll add it to the tapestry.

It's effectively the same thing as "Shale not recruited," in terms of impact on the game world.
