I'm not sure if the problem is that I accepted the default world state when I created my character, but she's never shown up in a playthrough state. I play on PC and have only a single Origin identity so there's little room for confusion. I've gone online in-game (a number of times) and opened the keep and nothing happens. My last reloadable save is just before passing through the eluvian for the final conversation with Solas at the end of Trespasser. The character has also completed Jaws of Hakkon and Descent. Is there anyway to get the keep to recognize my character as a hero and capture her playthrough?

Check your firewall setting maybe?

 

Is Origin registering your achievements?

Origin achievements are accurate. I'd just like my Lavellan to feature in my world state going forward, which would seem to require the keep to acknowledge her existence.

I have the same problem, if I understood correctly. On the Keep it shows a female human inquisitor which I believe is the default one. But I dont even have a character like that and my Lavellan is nowhere to be found.
