Had some pretty easy NM dragon runs last night with FMP2013, RogueKnight, and SirJohnathon (or is it SirNathan? Sorry I can never remember that name). I played games with agents that I rarely or never play in NM with. Tried the Necromancer for the first time there and she did amazing actually. Walking bomb and spreading frozen with virulence is awesome. Using horror on the despair and pride demons also helps a lot. Definitely moving her into my rotation. Also played as a support Virtuoso which sped up the game to 16 minutes and made melee and ranged attacks from enemies laughable. Mark of the rift and battle of the bands were nice too. With bringing the Necromancer into NM, I have now officially played every agent in NM. Still don't really like the keeper, alchemist, or Archer in NM though. I know a lot of people swear by the alchemist but I don't play well with her there. The archer is my favorite in peri and I have the most completions with him but he's a little too risky yet in NM for me.

Anyway, I promoted 6 times yesterday in 2 hours. This was possible because my agents weren't starting from level 1. Also, a friend in that group got his last Hakkon (the bow) from the dragon. So that means I'm next in line right... Right?

Finally got Isana Song from an NM dragon. Last of my items needed are:

1)Knight's Second

2)Andruil's Gift

3)Two Hakkon Mercies.

I can't believe how long it has taken me to get IS staff. Have had all the blue level 26's since last year. So very happy to get it....though I probably will never really play with it.

I can't lie, RNG being good to me! (....this week. )

Andruil's Gift is off the list. Last night in a Superb Chest.

I just want to say that I have manage to NOT play DAIMP for almost a whole entire week and got really really tan while on my vacation. That's a great achievement.

On vacation again. Haven't touch DAIMP since Wednesday! Posting this in a museum at DC.

Finally after many, many moons I got the revered defender bulwark - NM dragon run. Hopefully soon I will be trying out Isatanoll and the Second. Dust of the good old lego [ my first 250 banner - or maybe I can finish the templar 250  run]. Feels like I have been waiting forever on that one.

Well I did it! 100 Across the board now! Just in three months and change. So glad to get that done. Now all week I am just going to play who I like and screw stats!

Nice runs. Battle of the bands + Mark of the rift turns Archer into a beast. Even basic attacks make serious damage with the Hakkon warth.

Very rare to find a full team of players able to play NM. This weekend I most soloed or carried people on Perilous.

Poison is actually pretty easy to do. Go Alchemist and take the poison fart and fireflask. Load routine FC solo. Gather up all enemies and spam farts on them. There are good places to hole up in to get all of the enemies to gather up.

 

Large creatures was a grind I would like to never do again.

Poison is not near as bad as spiders imo, which I am still miles away from.

 

The next big objective for me is probably going to be Tevinter riches.  I've completed the chateau and elf ruins, must have about 930,000 tevinter and still miles away for fereldan castle (Iam only around 380,000 here)

My highest score yet! I took a risk and joined a match with two people I didn't know and another joined. First time I carried a NM match. Look at the time! An hour! LOL I went in with Saarebas thinking I'd do my normal barrier spam, hit and run routine, but very quickly discovered the other players were way under powered for DPS. So, luckily with two other Saarebas they switched off with barrier that left me to do most of the damage. The dragon took for freaking ever!  Was fun tho! (But between you and me, I don't want to repeat the experience lol)  And I got my first star on the Legendary Banker thingy.

I decided to uninstall Origin and the game and do a fresh re-install with the premise that my loot tables in multiplayer were somehow messed up by my single player mods about a month ago and really haven''t played that much since.  But...

 

I got the PHYSICAL IMMUNITY AMULET yesterday!  Yippeee!!   Hopped back in and played once as a reaver against the red templars.  It is nice to laugh in the face of the red templar commander's spin attack.  Also now I can be smug and ask people how they could have problems against shieldmen playing as the silent sister.

I know! Sadly I wasn't really set up for DPS but had to grind it out anyway and the others had no juice at all. So I had to not only take everything down myself, but also make sure they didn't die. The dragon alone probably took 15 mins because they kept doing the damn trebuchet keeping me from doing more damage on my own.  The longest part was all the pride demons on 4/5... took forever.

 

Still tho, we got through it!

I think that is why I stopped running with the ring and started using an Athlok Burst / Bacon Barrage / Barrier rotation with the fire belt on my Saarebas.  I like the full support build, but I had a few PUGs where I was supporting and noone could hit a fly.

You're not making many friends among those of us who don't have PI you know. I takes ages running around them to get a hit in from behind.
