Good question,I assumed all characters, I hope that was right.
Whereas I assumed companions based on the preceding questions and now think I should have taken it more literally...

I took it. I know you made a mistake initially with Josephine, but I think being able to take the survey again is not ideal. If I wanted, I could take it numerous times to skew the data in the direction I want. I'm not going to do that, but that is an inherent flaw with these sorts of things.

I assumed companions/followers as well, also based on the preceding questions.
Filled it out. I note that you have The Exiled Prince misspelled as "Price."
Done.
Its "Golems of Amgarrak" not "Golems or Amgarrak", and "The Exiled Prince" not "Exiled Price". Take your time with spelling and grammar.
In this age of Lets Plays, perhaps keep in mind the possibility that while people may not have bought and played a story DLC, they may still have strong impressions of it.
"Do you play as male or female" is different wording than "Did you play as male or female".
While I have multiple playthroughs (of DAI but perhaps all the games) planned, I have only completed one, so I'll answer just based on that.
When asking which character is your favorite from each game, you're expecting up to three answers, right?
There should be an "I don't care" option for wanting MP in the next game. I said that I didn't want it, but not caring is more accurate.
Done!
(Though I wasn't sure whether you meant character or companion when you asked which was our favorite character...)
Thanks for pointing all of this out, I will go through and edit the spelling errors and give a little more clarification.

I thought about making it so you could only have one response per person, but I wasn't sure if having to have people sign into their google account to take the survey would put some people of from doing it. Maybe next survey I will change that.

I enjoy surveys, because they force me to think about the things i love and hate about characters and such. ![]()

The only problem with requiring people to log into their Google account is that you limit your sample base to only Google account holders. That might skew your results a bit. Leaving it open gives you a broader sample base in my opinion.

That's not the *only* problem. Besides reusing to complete surveys which require me to provide demographic data, I also refuse to give Google (or FB, or other organizations whose only real product is information about their users. We aren't their customers, we're their product!) any more information about me than I have to. FB, f'irinstance, seems to think I'm a liberal, black, lesbian. (Ok, I am *one* of those.)

Just to update I have 113 responses so far, so thanks everyone. I think I will let the survey go for a week and then either start work on the post or let the survey keep going depending on total response and if I am still getting more feedback.
And done =)
Unfortunately I haven't done it because I'm terrible at picking favourites ![]()

Since favorites denotes subjective opinion, recommend using the current choices; not those from last year, month, week, etc.
Right, but not all of them are about choices, like which DLC you preferred in the entire series.
A couple hard questions to answer, because there's no stand-out DA:I characters for me, and I haven't done every romance (and don't intend to... Inquisition's a long game, and four is already a lot to get through). Picked Awakening (which I don't think is technically DLC; it's more like an expansion), as favourite add-on, because I really really liked Velanna (*cough* *cough* hater's gonna hate *cough*).
This is just like that other survey that people found creepy... only better.
(Not saying it was good, just that it was better.)

Also, it was hard to pick my favorite game in the series...they all have distinct strengths and weaknesses, really.

I'd recommend separating multiracial and other when asking for ethnicity, but other than that it's a pretty good survey.
Finished the survey, hope it helps with whatever you are using the data for ![]()
