I encountered some really strange bug yesterday. I wanted to play with a dw rogue and created one with the character creator. In the tutorial, I wasn't able to open my inventory and suddenly, all enemies were gone. It became game breaking, when the fight, we normally meet Varric and Solas, were gone too. No one was there, no Varric, no Solas, no demons.

I never encountered this before and this was the first dw rogue I made in DAI.  I use mods, but I used them with the other classes too, and it was never game breaking. I made a mage for testing and everything was fine.

Has anyone else experienced this bug? I googled it, but nothing came up. Thanks in advance

Did you try exiting game, restarting game, set all video options to low, reload from first save when you and Cass across the bridge?

 

If that doesn't help, if you are on PC, do a game repair from Origin.

Thanks for your answer. I did try to reload, but it didn't work.

I did a game repair not long ago, because I had problems with the patch (not anymore), so I guess, there is nothing more to be done.I don't have mods installed, that change skills or classes, so that  should not interfere...

 

Since it only seems to happen with dw rogues, I guess, I just make an archer rogue and respec her later.

I'd certainly try a game repair even if you did one "not long ago".

I made a new dw rogue today - and it worked fine. I think, it must have been just a weird glitch. I didn't get the dialogue, where Cassandra offered the healing potions the last time. This time, everything was fine again and my rogue gut to Haven without a bug.

I think, it was one of those things, that happen sometimes.

Maybe it was a mod after all. I changed a few clothing mods, maybe one of them conflicted
