I think the scene with Flemeth would have been better if there was no reference to the name. People could theorize, but you'd just know something was up but you're not quite sure why.
The one thing that bugged me about the Trespasser dlc ending

Then again, I think it's fair to criticize the ending in man game simply for being the only out-of-character scene in the whole game (I think?). These always causes problems; maybe it could have been depicted as the inquisitor dreaming it? That would have "given" the information to both player and Inky and kept it - somewhat - in-character.

What bothered me was that there was no mention of the Templars at all if you allied with them. If there's one thing I really hate that BioWARE's been doing recently, it's giving us choices, but only pretending one of them is the "correct" choice. It was the genophage all over again.
Yeah that did bother me a bit. The epilogue feels too much like a mage ending. When Vivienne became Grand Enchanter, why is there is there still a rival collage formed when the rebel leader Fiona and presumably most of her followers died in disgrace? Why would the few Inquisition mages left even want to form another rebellion in defiance of Cassandra's reforms and Vivienne's work putting the Circle back together?

Because mage unity across Thedas must be shattered for more drama and storyline purposes.
Why the nations will bother hosting the Circle or College instead of taking the Towers for themselves is my question.
