Is it possible to import say a PC Warden save into a DA2 360 game?

Nope, sorry. The Keep is only for Inquisition and any future games. There's no way to import saves across platforms at all, for any game.

IIRC there is a procedure for editing 360 saves on a PC and then putting them back on the 360. This might work for you.

How so? What I need to do is kinda in reverse. I PC characters that I would like to import to my 360 DA2. I own DA:O on both 360 and PC, but I only won DA2 with all dlc on 360, and I lost the CD

I'm at a crossroad, I found out I lost my 360 DA2 CD, so I either have to buy another DA2 360 version or buy the PC DA2 at full price again and all the dlc in piece <_<

If you can edit a DA2 save, you can conform it to however the PC DA:O game went; just overwrite the default variables with whatever you need. You'd need to set every variable by hand, so it'd be a bunch of work.
