Definitely Brian Bloom. He did Varric, but also-and more importantly, he did the PC voice in Wolfenstein:New Order. Great voice actor. Great voice.

Anyways, I'm basically all aboard the Laura Bailey train at this point, but I've been playing Fallout 4: Far Harbour - fantastic DLC, by the way: better quests and stories than almost the entire base game - over the last couple of days, and it's reminded me of just how fantastic a job Courtenay Taylor did as the Fallout 4 Lone Survivor*. I think she'd make for a great Ryder.
*And, y'know, there's a certain other character, too... (She actually sounds more-or-less nothing like Jack in F4, so she clearly has range, too.)

She does, but doesn't quite have the range that Jennifer Hale had/has.
Laura seems to be popular here, not that I object, I would love having her voice the female protagonist 
Which may or may not have anything to do with absolutely adoring her on Critical Role every week. If she and Matthew Mercer or Liam O'brien were the voice actors I might have to buy a few extra copies of the game just in support of the casting choice.

You mean the same voice she uses for Serana, Kira Carsen, Fiona and an entire slew of awesome characters?
Unless you meant that she overuses that particular voice often (I was actually surprised to learn it's not her normal speaking voice) which I guess is a fair criticism to make, I think this might be taking the irrational hatred people seem to have for Bianca a little too far.
But yeah... add another vote for Laura Bailey, she's awesome.
