Being partially tongue tied myself, I have no issue with people not pronouncing things right. From the sounds of it, whatever language is the "common" language in the DA series, it's not their first language.  Even with english being my native tongue, I have issues with it.

Most people I know would swoon at Leliana reading the dictionary and care little if she gets the pronunciation correct or not. Her cute mispronunciations make her that much sexier.

No big deal to me but, then I am a northern transplant, living in the south. Maker have mercy on the way the can butcher the English language down here.

 Were it here, Leliana would be saying "Them peeples we's fi-tin wif." or "those there any-mees."

Don´t complain about the english language being butchered it´s worse here in germany. They mix in english words everywhere not always to the better, e.g. we have an animal shelter here called "Das Animal Tierheim" (meaning: The Animal Animal shelter) compared to that Leliana is just cute
