Right now, I'm going through the painful experience of trying to collect all collectibles in Assassin's Creed Unity just to clean up the map. Exploring French Revolution era Paris has been fun, as was Victorian London in Syndicate, and I still go back to the Caribbean in Black Flag. I've given up on Unity's main story missions. The story itself is just awful, Assassin's Creed just don't have even average quality stories now. And the only character I liked was Elise. Arno was just a dull rehash.

I dip into ME3 a lot for the multiplayer, and I know I will replay the trilogy at least twice around December/January time in preparation for when Mass Effect: Andromeda comes out. I may even start a trilogy run earlier, the trilogy has been one of the most replayable game series for me.

I'll maybe replay The Last of Us Remastered again at some point, since at the moment there aren't any games on the horizon I can see myself spending a lot of time on.

I get Overwatch's appeal, the characters look instantly iconic and fun, but I've never been a huge fan of FPS (I think BioShock and Infinite are the only FPS I've played, and their both two of my all time favourite games, but I played them for the locations and stories, not gameplay). Plus Overwatch doesn't have a plot or narrative, so it doesn't appeal to me or what I like in a video game. A lot of my friends are having a blast with it, and I'll probably have a go on a match on one of their consoles at some point.

Games I will get and play before Mass Effect: Andromeda comes out:

Mafia III, the New Orleans inspired setting looks amazing, just hope the story is good, the characters look intriguing.

Pokemon Sun and Moon, waiting for more info on that

Final Fantasy XV, though not sure yet if my first time playing a Final Fantasy game should be with this one, but from what I've seen it looks incredibly appealing

Dishonored 2, had fun with the first one, though the characters and story was forgettable, but if Serkonos is anything like Dunwall was in terms of lore and intrigue, I can look past it maybe not having a fleshed out story like the first

There's going to be tons of games coming out before then. As of right now: The Witcher 3 expansion "Blood and Wine".

Playing Battleborn a lot lately and having a blast, also just hooked my 360 back up and started a new DA2 run. Looking forward to Mirror's Edge and Recore, that's about it really. Oh and Battlefield 1 to play with hubby and  friends.

I'm not an FPS fan either. I would just get dragged into playing COD and Halo and Star Wars Battlefront and even *gasp* Destiny at my husband's insistence to help out the team. None of them I thought were legitimately fun.

Overwatch is the one game we both are having tons of fun in. Me so even more than him. Give it a try, it's super addicting.

What really hooked me was that there's no "season pass" crap....it's Blizzard...they'll update everything for free.

At the moment, alternating between Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Final Fantasy XIII, SWTOR and the Mass Effect Trilogy. I also have tons of games in my backlog - Pillars of Eternity, Valkyria Chronicles, Life is Strange, Walking Dead season 2, South Park: Stick of Truth - that I never got around to playing. The only two additional games I'll be buying between now and ME:A's release are Uncharted 4 and Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.

Hopefully with as many tabletop RPGs as possible (currently writing 13th Age campaign), also I plan to keep on playing Squash and Badminton. I did a humongous video game binge not long ago (I finished like 10-20 different unplayed RPGs, point and clicks and strategy games), and I feel kind of played out for the moment.  Maybe occasional ME3 MP match, if I am up for it, but that should be plenty for the summer.

I don't really have my finger on the pulse for upcoming releases, but new Deus Ex and Torment: Tides of Numenera seem both very promising and are must-have purchases for me.  As for games I already own, I intend on playing Fallout 4's DLCs at some point, and I am planning on giving DA:I another chance and finish the game sometime around the next autumn or winter (I bought DA:I around its release, played for fifty hours before I got sick of it and ditched it). It's going to be awhile for me though, since I doubt that I am going to buy ME:A around the release, but I'll rather wait for the sales. That is unless it's totally unanimously praised by everyone about everything.

I am currently playing Battleborn, The Witcher 3, Fallout 4, and will be adding Mirror's Edge: Catalyst to the list next month. I am still on the edge of my seat for some backwards compatible Bioware games on the Xbox One.

I think the biggest grind is finding people to play with these days. It seems like life is getting to be a bit more clingy than it use to be.

The weird thing is that Overwatch has a ton of lore and backstory to their characters, but basically none of it is actually reflected in-game.

I've even read some of them, and some of them are really interesting, I found Widowmaker's to be very dark.

But knowing that the game itself doesn't really reflect the interesting lore and backstories of their characters kind of put me off more :/

S&M,

This must think what I think it means.

I was a hardcore FPS player after the original HL came out.  Then TF, then TF2, then just about every other FPS game out.   I even got so bold as to try out Quake, or Quake II, hell.   I dunno.   But then I got older and I'm not sure what it was, but my interest in FPS games just went in the toilet.  Plus Blizzard's unintentionally supporting the "git gud" community by not stating anything about it and by keeping the games as they are, that was my final nail.

I never got into DOOM though.  I could just never understand it.  "Hey marine!"  "What?"  "Here's your rifle, have a good time blasting demons!"   "YEEAAAAAAAHHHH!"

What?

Replaying some of my old favorite series from the beginning like Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and looking forward to next weekend when I finally reload my Neverwinter Nights games. Once in a while I also start up a new character in Jade Empire.

Hmm... I need to get out my old Baldur's Gate series CDs and load them up too!

I've been considering a NWN replay. I never played Hordes of the Underdark. Never actually finished NWN2 either, been told there was an expansion that was actually quite good. The one with the party member demon "One of Many" iirc. (Very. iirc...)

However XCOM:Enemy Unknown has me sucked in for the foreseeable future.

Hordes of the Underdark feels like your traditional Bioware experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I played it for the first time a couple years ago, especially since the OC for NWN is such garbage.

NWN2 has an amusing, if half-finished, OC, but Mask of the Betrayer (that's the expansion you're talking about) is outstanding. It reminds me of Planescape: Torment. I would recommend you play both, but just ignoring the OC and playing MOTB would also be worthwhile.

The first AC was pretty cool but I really could not get into that series after 3 though personally....

Oh! It would be your first FF haha been with the series since 4 myself, I don't know how XV is going to turn out but it does look pretty flashy I admit.

My favorites AC games were AC:2 and AC:Black Flag. Love those about equally, but different. AC:Unity was okay. I finished it. I had so much fun, and a surprisingly good story in AC:Black Flag that it was a hard act to follow. Oh, Arno.

AC: Syndicate is the only AC game I never finished. It bored the heck outta me.
