Now that all the DLC are out, I'll finally pick up Witcher 3 to play over the summer. Then No Man's Sky, Battlefield 1, Dues Ex: MD, Syberia 3, a couple of Lovecraftian games I'm keeping an eye on (The Sinking City & Call of Cthulhu) and getting my Nightmare Doom run in there somewhere.

 

Have you tried the Witcher yet? I started with W2 a year ago after beating ME3 because it made me feel empty and stupid [after the unsatisfactory ending]. Now Witcher 3 forced me to upgrade my toaster and my new CPU overheated in Novigrad xD I need a new cooler

Try Dishonored again and see if I can get past the prologue. First person view + no voice for the main character were both turn-offs.

You should really give it a try. It's a great and well-balanced game, with multiple ways to solve things (and with noticable reactivity to the PCs actions and playstyle). It can be anything from hack'n'slash or shooter to stealth-action.  Great characters and one of the most atmospheric setting I've seen across many games. Not open-world per se, but with enough freedom.

 

As for me - I'm playing Audiosurf 2. Word of advice - do not try it, you won't be able to stop (God knows I've tried).

I do exercise my library however, from Myst to Fallout4

you're missing out. Between the squeakers and douchebags MP is pretty fun.

And yeah, I've tried Witcher 1 & 2 (a number of times), but never finished them. The combat system in W1 was such a pita, I'd either drift off to other games or run into some game-breaking bug before ever finishing it. And I never felt quite right while playing W2 without finishing W1, so I never finished that one either. Now I just say... screw it, I'll just play W3 and read the wiki for the first 2.

I just finished Alan Wake and Lost Planet 3.

 

Lost Planet 3 had a slow start, but once it went all Dead Space on me, it got a lot better. Also, another great soundtrack by Jack Wall.

 

Bulletstorm, the first Witcher game, and the original Assassin's Creed are on my horizon.

I tried to play Lost Planet 3, but man.  That game really does have a slow start.  I could never get past it.  See, what I like to do is play through one story mission, see if the game's any fun, then do two more story missions, etc.  Did that for like 5 of those in Lost Planet, just couldn't get into it.

Replaying Dragon Age Inquisition to get that GLITCHY damn Dragons Bane Trophy. After that Im not sure which next(Splinter Cell BlackList, LA Noir, I dont remember which other I have...), and meantime ME3 Multiplayer. Its catchy even though its not the best and could have been more...

I wish I could get into Overwatch. It seemed okay, but not worth 40$ when I played a friend's copy. I'm probably just gonna end up replaying a bunch of JRPGs for the time being.

Kirby is this Friday, so hopefully that will keep me busy for some time at least. I'm also interested in Star Ocean at the end of the month, and JRPG's usually last me a good amount of time.

Persona 5 will force my hand on buying a PS4. That's the only game which could get me to do it.

well you right isnt worth 40$ right now, but that is the magic of free to play Blizzard game, you know they will keep adding and adding and adding more content to it.

 

They already announce 2 more character and competitive mode on June(or July)

Actually, I'm mostly back to playing a bit of Minecraft right now... working on completing a build idea I had.  Other than that, I'm dabbling in Assassin's Creed I, II, and IV, some Borderlands, and some ME Trilogy.

I was in the closed beta and I really enjoyed it. However, most review websites are giving it 6.5-7 score. I think that's harsh.... the gameplay is fun. If you want it I say go for it! I'm picking it up today.

Right, but in the competitive play, at least 2 characters have been knocked out of the "meta" game.  Too low HP, or too easy to dominate.  Tracer and Mei are the two that I've heard of.  Blizzard's min/maxing style FTW again.

 

Game was out, what?  A week?  Competitive players are already deciding which characters wouldn't fit so well into competitive play?

 

Count me out.

surprisingly, I find that although I'm exhilerated and entertained beyond all reason while playing Wither 3 and its DLC's, I don't find myself wanting to play it multiple times.

 

So now that I'm done with the entire game .... I.... am bored. Help

This is weird but the narrator voice at the very beginning is a huge turn-off for me.
