I hate to be the annoying person to complain to the staff about this, but can we please get some info or some help into this problem please. As you can see its gaining people to the problem and is in need of a solution.

...don't feel bad about it. On the contrary.  Make this thread feel like that incessant beeping drilling your ears :)

I have the same problem. Rebooting my computer only makes it go away for a while. It is very hard to enjoy a game that's going beep! beep! beep! beep! beep! in your ear.

Started playing and had that horrible Objective indicator flashing 1-10 times a second and beeping at me for an hour or so, and then it just stopped. Got another couple of hours in whit out a problem, Rebooted my computer and it all went to hell. Have now rebooted my computer countless times. Used google to find out that one person had the same issue but fixed it by making sure that they where not playing whit dual screen. Another made sure that the game resolution and the monitor resolution was the same. Also got a tip to make sure i was not running videos ect in the background ( to turn of media classic player ect). In the end it just feels like getting your 8bit nintendo working. Taping it and blowing three times then playing and doing the mother****ing rain dance. and it might just work

Please fix this.

Otherwise, it is a complete master piece. And i have had no other issues. Game works flawlessly besides that horrible sound and flickering. Witch effectively kills the entire experience of the game

Bump. I can play the game for like 25 mins then it starts to happen. It seems to me that it starts happening when i completed a mission and the game throws you back on the Normandy. I say this because i played the final mission all the way through with out the issue, i took my time and even paused for a bathroom break.

I'm having the same problem. Whats going on is the coders left a glitch in the game so people who crack the game get this annoying issue. I'm using razors no cd patch and i have the same issues. We have to wait for a new patch and new no cd patch to fix this. They should just let us play our games without the disk and my pc is installed in the wall as a media pc, its alot of trouble to change disks when i want to change games. Meh...crackers will fix this just have to wait.

If this is the case, it is rediculous.  I had to create an ISO of disk 1 in order to just get a legal, paid for, and registered copy of this game to install on my system.  This was only after every legal option short of returning the game for a replacement copy was investigated.  Returning my copy for a refund or a replacement would have cost EA and Bioware money.  If that is the course they would prefer I take, then perhaps I still should.  I appologize if this is offensive or otherwise hostile towards anyone.  I am, however, very frustrated by the lack of response on these forums ragarding many of the technical issues people are experiancing.

As a side note, my system is fully capable of running this product.  All recomended specifications have been met.

Strange, I installed it normally and am not using a no-cd crack to play.

I am also using the disc to play the game. The ISO that was created for installation was deleted shortly after use. It's a very annoying issue. I don't like having to reboot my computer just to get rid of the constant radar glitch. I like this game. I like Bioware. I'm just confused by the current lack of support. An update to the statement indicating the issues they are aware of and working on would be nice. I'm simply frustrated. I'm sure the issues will be resolved at some point. So, thanks for an otherwise great game Bioware.

I just fixed the issue, was bugging me alot too. I was going to do a un-install install but decide i should explore other possiablities first. All i did was update my Graphics driver and it went away. I was using N-Vidia 190.62 and went to 196.XX. Give that a try first.

I am currently using NVidia196.21 Still have the issue, I am able to play in greater length of time but the P.O.S. radar beep shows up. I am using the CD to play, worse part when i am not experiencing the problem i can play the game with no issue. I have also did a complete reinstall of the game, Sadly issue is still there.

"Whats going on is the coders left a glitch in the game so people who crack the game get this annoying issue. I'm using razors no cd patch and i have the same issues."

if that is the case i will be pissed!:huh: Next time i should just wait till i find the game in the 5 dollar bin at walmart before i purchase it. That is how I purchased ME 1 and absolutely loved the game. When i start to get into this game all i get is BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP............Lame. It really does just ruin the game. Makes me want to break stuff.

Now if it is a Graphics Card issue, has any one tried rolling their graphics card version back?
Any one else with this issue on a NVidia graphics card?

VERY ANNOYED. I guess i will keep bumping this post to make it as annoying as the issue.

Hey guys, we were just wondering if you had adjusted your key bindings or changed/altered your controls in any way. Hopefully we can figure this out for you. I or someone else will fill you in if or when we do.

I personally am running with default keybindings, and am seeing the problem only several hours after rebooting. In each of those instances, I had spent time out of game watching movies and playing other games.  This is coupled with a drop in fps in game too.
