Cautiously...  That could go well, they're a little more laid back after all.

I think people have these anticipatory feels only because Blood & Wine comes out today.

I have those feels, but geez, not everyone is that interested in TW3 dlcs or into that game at all. I'm kinda tired of some people constantly reminding everyone else how awesome that game is. And I played the base game for a while (just wanted to make it clear, that I'm not criticizing something without knowing it).

Same thing. Expansion packs are downloadable content thus DLC. It's like the "All squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares" thing. In this case all expansion packs are DLC, but not all DLC are expansion packs.

Expansions predated DLC and the widespread adoption of downloadability in general though. You could just as well say all PC games are DLC now.
