I know I really dislike ME3 so I never bought any of the DLC but the line at the end of Citadel with Tali is great.

The final moment in ME3, when you go for the destroy ending and trough the explosions you see the images of your friends and love interests, anderson nodding and then music kicks in and crucible fires, yeah that moment was awesome, no matter what anyone thinks about endings. For months afterwards I couldnt listen to the ending music without feeling sad.

The most tear jerking moment i've come across is when I saw that asari with the hairy eyebrows in the new Andromeda footage.

Tears were brought to my eyes at the sight of the ruination of my precious asari.

That THING is an abomination and if it makes it into the finished game I just might not buy it.

That's a tough question; there were a lot of them.

 

For now, I'll go with seeing the SR-2 pull out of the docks in ME2 with the name "Normandy" freshly painted on the hull.  (The rather special relationship between captains and their ships goes back a long ways in my family's history.)
