Then listened intently to detect the breathing pace change when engaging a banshee....

@%$# turned out mic was to close to my mouth.

Muted the mic to have a laugh.

I sometimes find out that I'm talking to myself because I muted my mic without being aware of it..... and strangely enough I don't realize that no one is replying back to me, I just yada yada yada, perhaps a sign that I talk too much?

 

It's a sign you need to talk more. True story.

I'll tell people to turn their mics off, when they have speakers and mic on and the latter is constantly broadcasting.

They never listen, but I'll tell them regardless.

I'm v unlikely to talk to complete strangers unless I enter a group that is already talking. 

Exception being, if I'm playing Drell with adrenaline rush and there's a pizza delivery and I want them to let me deliver it because I'm way faster than them.

Not to scare you people, but do you know that dead people rising again is one of the sign that the Apocalypse is coming ? If Red John, Stardusk or Invaderone come back today or tomorrow, I enter my end of the world bunker.

Invader has made brief appearances over the years. Reggion is always waiting for a chance to make a thread saying he came out of retirement. Stardusk is too busy with his YouTube channel I think.

Rarely if I was alone. Was too much of a hassle usually because my voice is high-pitched. Anybody else notice how people's voices change in the game chat btw? Played with someone from ME on PS4 and thought it was someone else at first. Same with Xbox version/PS4.

 

I was also recently told to hang myself after a match (in a different game), though guess it was a more of compliment in that game. There are always people around who should not open their mouths. Although, sometimes they're entertaining.

 

And yes, watching and waiting.

I play pugs most often and use the mic to call out if a banshee/praetorian/brute, any sync units are sneaking up behind the squad. Although once I think I commented on an AIU solely using the acolyte w/ Incediary rounds and told him/her it was an interesting explosions build.

It is never not OK to tell scorewh*res off. It is the entire reason we got a mic. You tell those useless saps what they deserve. There is zero need to be nice about their BS. If they just want to kill instead of doing objective/missionwaves, then they should just go play CoD or something. Objectives are a part of this game, whether they like it or not.

Heck, I thought that sounds very constructive!

And what Arkhne said above. The sorry excuses of human scum who'd rather go scorewhoring on the opposite side of the map and not do the mission with the rest of the team, deserve all that is thrown at them. I've reportedly told some SoBs like that to go back to bronze, or solo.. or the occasional: "I'd tell you dipshits to go back to bronze, but we're already there!" 

 

I'm a mean woman like that - but only when they deserve it. Even then, usually say it nicely to them. However, dense people be dense. I think they need more electrolytes because that is what plants crave.
