In Dragon Age, spirits and demons all embody a particular aspect of mortal psyche, rage, compassion, pride, etc. so... is there or could there be a spirit/demon who embodies EVERY aspect in equal proportion? If so, what would be the result? I do know that pride demons are spirits of wisdom and faith corrupted, so at least I do know that it's already possible for a spirit/demon to embody more than one aspect at a time.

In a way, you could say that all mortals are demons/spirits embodied. Demons and spirits are emotion, and mortals are capable of expressing all emotions. So, yea...the ultimate demon/spirit are the mortals.

I might be missing some relevant lore here, but I think such a being could not exist, or if it did, only briefly before it went mad or became consumed by one concept quickly, and that would result in a demon either way because it would be corrupted by the fact that it cannot achieve its purpose.  Spirits/demons are simple in nature and probably incapable of reconciling such a complex situation. They are driven to pursue a singular goal and how can you reconcile such opposing goals?

With regard to pride demons, wisdom and faith spirits are both capable of being perverted into pride demons, but I don't think pride demons embody both. It's just that pride is the vice that both wisdom and faith can be corrupted to. When a faith spirit or a wisdom spirit becomes a pride demon, it only seeks to satisfy pride.

Imo, IllustriusT is right. the main difference between humans and spirits/demons is that humans are capable of reconciling that and embodying all those traits. It's why the Cole Human path has him confronting his emotions and learning to live with them in their complexity, and his Spirit path is him letting go of the other emotions he feels in order to embody compassion.
