No you cannot. Code in the PC PowerWheel file specifically disables this. The server also doesn't store bindings per kit so it would pretty much be a moot point.

BioWare not giving us option to remap powers and buttons is quite the loss in my opinion. Especially when they keep changing powers to different buttons across different kits and the lame one button to rule them all idea with a gamepad feature.
