Hopefully none as BioWare wants to move away from Shepard trilogy.

It isn't 200 years, but I think they are distancing themselves from the first three games because there are too many variables to move forward. Such as having companions that might be dead or alive.

I even think that Bioware might create a "canon storyline" to adapt it to Mass Effect Andromeda.
For example,Garrus died during your ME2/ME3 playthrough,but canonically,he survived and married femshep,the "real" Shep.

No, there won't be appearances. Nothing will be made canon. The whole reason we're moving to an entire new galaxy is so all players can still have their own choices being canon.

I agree, if they didn't have any reservations about making choices canon they could have saved a lot of hassle by saying in the Milky Way galaxy and just making choices from the first three games canon.

BioWare may say a new adventure but they can't deny the trilogy(endings) completely, no matter how long after the Andromeda plot is taking place. Something has to be canon which should serve as a prologue to ME:A and then leading to a new journey.
Speaking of characters that you listed or any, I highly doubt it but who knows. Even if we get a slight appearance of them, it would be the characters belonging to Asari and Krogan species due to their life expectancy. In the end, it doesn't matter to me if I see them or not.

BioWare doesn't have to address the endings at all, they can just ignore mentioning what happens and let people fill in the blanks themselves.
We won't see any major characters because Bioware said that wouldn't make much sense. However they also said we would see some familiar faces, so my money is on maybe seeing some more minor characters from the Shepard Trilogy making an appearance in Andromeda.

as far as I know,Bioware said some old characters could still reappear in ME:A,its just not confirmed who will be seen again and who will be forgotten.
I guess we should wait for E3 and see what Bioware is planning.Who knows what they could add to the game until it's release...
