I earned Grunt's loyalty and it showed fortification as being unlocked. I went and did another mission and now somehow fortification is locked again. In the team status page it says Grunt is loyal but fortification is still locked again for some reason. Is this a known issue with Grunt or any of the other squadmates? How do I get this ability to work again? I was planning on giving it to my Shepard the second I got my resources back up from my last round of upgrading.
