From what I've seen, Mark Meer is as much of a fan of the series as many of us are. He's played through all of the games, he's seen it all, and he most definitely knows about the indoctrination theory; the subject has actually been crossed more than once across certain interviews, and he's given his thoughts on it. Sadly, I can't quite remember which interviews he's talked about it in, though I definitely know that I've seen it happen before.

That would create a time paradox. If they are killed by you, you are never born, so if you are never born they don't die because you never went back o kill them. If they don't die because you never killed them, then you are born again, and will likely go back and kill them. 
I think Mark Meer can play evil and Sheploo face can be evil looking.
