I've bought all the Inquisition party member lithographs. However, Solas and Vivienne are missing.
Did I miss my opportunity to buy them? I mean, they are my least favorite party members, but I would like to complete my collection.

No you didn't miss them, it looks like they abandoned the rest of the series. Hasn't been a new one since November/December of 2015.
