To me it seems like talking about the people that play the game is directly related to the game itself. One would even say it's the entire bloody point of the game. Targeting an audience to sell their wares to.
So my next question, if a picture is worth a thousand words, why are the "Behind The Monitor" threads killed?

Ok, I suppose. But I just can't be bothered to make sense of the moderation around here anymore. That and...
My honest belief is that BioWare themselves abandoned it's own fanbase after all the fanbase backlash against BioWare in recent years.
Could very well be. Once the outrage over some of the things they did, with DA2 with the endings of ME3. We were just supposed to fawn over them and proclaim them the greatest developers making the best games ever, only people didn't. I think that it really upset them, they thought the choices they made were good ones, but they were caught off guard by the criticism that they received.

I can understand the reasoning, kind of, but they're still toddlers throwing temper tantrums.

Maybe the devs themselves should've been the mods instead of hiring meatshields who had nothing to do with the creation of the game to take the brunt of the criticism. Not only would this place be run with more leniency and understanding but they probably could've taken that criticism and used it to make better games moving forward. God forbid you give fans what they want.

Have you been to the Andromeda forums? People are still throwing tantrums about the ending after 4 years. It's amusing tbh.
But I'm curious as to what tantrums Bioware threw about this, I've been out of the loop for a while?

That's a bad idea. Just because they're not the moderators, doesn't mean they don't see whatever criticism. Their job is to work on games, not run forums on the internet about their games.

Last active "Behind the ..." thread got a little bit spammed and was closed. Dev could have left it alive considering its past, but the 1 or 2 spammers asked for it too...
The spamming was nt that bad if u ask me, even a little bit funny
Then they decided to close all of them as "replica" ones. A bit stupid if u ask me, but kind off the rules
Now i guess the new one is sufficiently new in time not to be closed

Some of the english community mods seem alright though but it's the nameless ones you have to fear!
