I hate IKEA, but most importantly, I hate their maze-like stores and popularity.
I can't see how anybody would like to be FORCED to walk through entire sections of things they have no interest in, surrounded by other people, only to find out that they only have cheap-looking junk for what you were looking force, then to try and find your way out of the maze, still surrounded by people.
You do know right that it's one of the most successful companies in history with millions and millions of people around the World that loves them, but yeah you know better than all of them of course.
As for cheap junk, their bussines idea is to provide furniture for all that can't afford your fancy expensive nice stuff (and they do very frequently win design awards and best buy awards in many of their markets, so not really cheap-looking junk now is it?)
Everyone are entitled to an opinion, but statements like that comes off as "I have more money than the common people so I don't need to buy the stuff they do!"
