Can I have some of what you're having?
SP and MP would work kind of together. In SP we would have the main hero doing the main history. Meanwhile they are other things to do, like securing/getting resources, rescue and recover someone/thing. So some MP missions would happen inside the main history but without affecting it: meaning MP is NOT obligatory to SP. But the more missions you unlock from SP the more of THESE missions would be available in MP.
MP would have coop and versus BOTH. People would choose what they want. You dont like versus? Choose Coop and period. But Versus would always be there in case your curious about it.
Coop would have different types of missions and Versus would have different types of modes. And there would be the middle. Some Coop missions would allow the system(enemies) to summon 1 o 2 players, or let players invade some(not all) coop misions(like Dark Souls' invasions)
There could be a game settings or mode for "random objectives" that would work the same way ME3MP works.
Horde mode like Gears would be awesome.
An options that limits the player to fall unconscious a number of times(from which can recover) and then just die. Players could be killed or executed during unconsciousness like in Gears.
Powers would HAVE to be balanced A LOT! OP powers like Stasis. Maybe some powers could be triggered not only by pressing the button, but also holding it a few seconds and releasing, and then the cooldown time. That way players would not be able to spam them.
Crouching is needed. And maybe crawling.
What do you think of jumping as a basic move? Personally that would suck, they have to be grounded, unless they use gadgets that run out of energy. Jumping is not realistic.

To the people dooming PvP, I can't disagree with you, that PvP can be poison to a game, but it can also extremely enhance a game and make you play the game for much longer and for different reasons.
If it has good and reasonable rewards, that give you the feeling, that you achieved something, for example "kill 10/25/50/100/250/500/750/1000 players as an adept/with biotics", you get rewards, that are extremely valuable for your adept, maybe some guns, "ores" that can enhance your gear or even abilities! Or just imagine, you get 1000 Tech Kills, and you get a "legendary" omni blade or tool, that is... green or blue or red with the blood of your enemies and is shaped like a futuristic excalibur, what do I know, but something, that seems like a trophy and you can show off with in front of your friends! ![]()
You got 500 kills as an engineer? Nice! Here, have a tech bow and concussive arrows, that penetrate armor and have a chance to knock enemies back!
My hopes are low for this since I expect them to muck up the wonderful ME3MP with the trashy DAIMP
