Team mates are either toxic or go charging in on their own and get slaughtered.
With a full team though, much better experience.
My only complaint is that I only get to bust out Tracer or Mei when **** starts going wrong.

In my very first competitive game, someone quit and the match was cancelled. I haven't went back.

It's fine if the match gets cancelled. The game doesn't count. All you've lost is a few minutes.
It's when they leave during the match that pisses people off.

After our team's defence got rolled by double Zarya and a Winston, we got them even faster with a 2/2/2 combination of Winston/Reaper/Lucio.
Luckily, our cheese was better than theirs.
Not that that's anything to be proud of.
EDIT: Also, possible new stealth hero.
Some are speculating that it will be like TF2's Spy hopefully sans the backstab.

What's the hero limit?

I'd say that's a good thing, I hate seeing double Hanzo especially if they're not good. Will this apply with all game modes?

Just competitive. Quick play, anything goes really, besides hacking.

Apparently it doesn't take much skill to freeze and then put an icicle in someone's head but it does conveniently ignore the fact I managed out ninja him more than once.
And make him waste his Dragon Blade on an ice block. Then a wall.

Genji is quick enough to escape Mei. That guy wasn't very good.

Because on the very next game on attack I repeatedly owned him with Roadhog, who I'm not great with.

Was on a horrific slump with D.VA, but I went on a 26 killstreak to break out of it. By the way, has anyone gotten trolled by Symmetra's portals? I fell in one and committed suicide by some kid today.

I've been trying to play more Roadhog.
So far I've had some success playing him as a beefier, less mobile Reaper.

Considering we were losing, I was not amused. Roadhog is easy to learn, and his cooldowns are short making hin an excellent starting tank.

Be sure to alternate between your longrange and shortrange shotgun depending on your distance. I had and it cost me some kills.

Murk fools enough times, they'll think twice about attacking your healers.

I had that problem too. Outside of Bastion, he might be the best at cracking Reinhardt's shield.

Roadhog is excellent against Bastion, especially if he's a turret. Bastion's weak will easily crumble against Roadhog's shotgun and Bastion's fairly large size makes him a good target for Roadhog's hook.

He's like Torbjorn: strong against uncoordinated teams and capable of punishing the foolhardy but close to worthless against teams that work together and Zarya's best friend...unless it's the first point on Numbani.

I find Roadhog the best way to deal with a Bastion, that's all. Does anyone think Hanzo needs to be nerfed?

And I'm not sure if it's just me but quick play PUGs seem to be even dumber now.
As in high level players pissing me off with noob mistakes like pushing forward when defending Hamamura while we have a chokepoint and a Roadhog and a turret to guard the only flanking route.
Or me, as Reinhardt, being the only one to get past said choke point on attack because these same idiots are trying to flank and getting murked by turrets. Or Roadhog.

I really wish this game had a story mode. I love these characters, but I'm still not very good at competitive play.
Reaper is kind of awesome. I wish his abilities were more practical.
But on the other hand, being impractical is part of what makes them so awesome.

Reaper is kind of awesome. I wish his abilities were more practical.
The joke among those who play Reaper is that he lives in corridors or around that corner nobody checked.
In other words, Reaper specialises in getting the jump on people and killing them quickly.
Shadow Step allows him to cover a great distance, ideally without being seen, and reach spots where he can ambush unsuspecting targets.
Wraith Form is Reaper's means of escape although it can also be used to close the distance between him and the target firing at him.
As it doesn't make him as mobile as Genji or Tracer while using it, it's best used to retreat back to your own team so try not to stray too far from them.
Death Blossom, his ultimate, can wipe out whole teams if they're clustered.
An example of his abilities, except Shadow Step, in action on Ilios.
- Shadow Step got me to a point above them where they couldn't see me.
- Death Blossom took out four of them including both supports meaning no Sound Barrier from Lucio or Resurrect from Mercy to save them.
- Wraith Form got me away from Roadhog and to a health pack.
Hope this helps.
