To make Orsino's robe design available to the PC? It's already on plenty of NPCs throughout the game, so the model already exists in DAI. It just needs a schematic or something.

I would suggest asking over on the DAI Tools forums as well. They're a bit dead, but some people, like myself, do check occasionally to aid with troubleshooting and whatnot.
However, as I understand it, NPC "bodies" (that's what they are, technically) can't be used by the player unless they are capable of being controlled. All of the follower bodies can be switched over to the PC, as well as the MP characters, because you can control them, but I don't believe that applies to standard NPCs walking around. Similarly, I don't believe the player can use the Cullen, Leliana, or Josephine bodies for the same reason.

A new version of both the Mod Manager and Mod Maker is being worked on, but I don't know if that will change this limitation, or not.
