Am I the only one who's tried this, or...?
...probably the only one? though 'The Dread Wolf' is on my bucket list for songs I want to transpose.. just finished the Dark Solas theme
I doubt he owns the rights. Bioware/EA paid him to write the music, so they probably own it.
oh =/
my creepy e-mail lolololol

Worth a shot I guess! I managed to get "The Dread Wolf" from youtube, but alas, it's poor quality. Someday when I have time, I may turn off all audio except music in Inquisition and simply take a clip of it on my xbox. That's how I got some of the other tracks before they were released, and the quality is good. So if all else fails, I suggest you try that, all of you ![]()

I applaud your courage, fair lady. Thou has gone where no fan has gone before!
I'm super shy, so to me, sending an e-mail to someone involved in the production of a game would be like trying to jump from the top of the Empire States Building.
Without a parachute.
^I've done that.
I could, uh, share if people would like...
oooh please do
It's on YouTube. The one I heard was good quality.
I also really want that track ![]()
I also really want that track
I would pay ten bucks just for that one track. It's so good.

No, not exactly but, I don't randomly ask those that are strangers to me to market their work. I contact producers, directors, managers and/or agents of the person and ask how I would go about making such a request via proper channels. Usually works if you're persistent and, I have met a few celebrities that way. (ask for an unreleased song the did as a demo or in concert, get the song and a backstage pass or an invite to a studio session. Probably because I got an agent or manager to plead on my behalf and make me sound woefully fan sick over that particular piece of work LOL.) S' cool though, I can clear up the misconceptions if I meet or talk with the artist.
Yes I love the work but, I worked for years at a CA resort that catered to the elite so, I know that no matter how much I love their work or how famous they are, all of them are just people behind all of that glitz, glamor and glory.
As for the Dread Wolf theme you want, Trevor and I have a few followers in common (ones that actually PM me as friends) on Twitter so, I can ask him directly there.

feel free to let him know there are so many of us who would each pay $$ for a legit copy ![]()
Lets see if there are plans for an official release and how that will be. Only to Trespasser owners, via Itunes, only on Spotify, etc...? Then if it can't be purchased we can see about making that happen.
Copyrights, usage rights, distribution rights and such are a sticky mess, even the artist(s) that record and write the songs don't have 100% control over their work. In this case I suspect EA/Origin/Bioware or some combination of those divisions owns the track, as to how many of the rights they have and what Trevor or his management retains, I don't know. He may not be allowed to release it at all and, we will have to talk to whatever part of EA Games owns it to get a release outside of the game but, that can be done too so don't loose hope.
Is real.The cringe.

The cringe.

Yes, it is.Off topic, but out of curiosity, is that a Flycam shot?
Yes, it is.
I just got DAI for PC, finally. With Flycam...think I'm gonna need an external hard-drive.
