Burn scars would be nice, especially the "half your face" variety, along with a discolored eye.

 
Oh, I use such one for one of my elves in Inquisition and I'd love to see something like it in Mass Effect: Andromeda's character creator.

I normally don't have scars on my characters I have to be he most handsome or beautiful person in the group.....at....all....times.

Personally, I prefer to give my characters something like scars, freckles or similarly because to me, I feel like it makes them more visually interesting. I like little touches like that. That's just me, though.

I'd also love to see options for freckles, blemishes, burn scars, branded markings, tattoos, piercings, and scarification.

I liked DAI's scars in the CC, would be nice if they returned to MEA in a similar way.

The more customisation options, the better!
