Dark Solas Theme (with sheets!)

So... starting off with a bit of a rant. would greatly appreciate if you took the time to read this

So.

Trespasser broke my heart as a Solasmncer (why bioware, why?!) and well, I really liked the music so I took a shot at making an arrangement. This took me the better part of three months to finish... though I was not solely working on the Dark Solas Theme. I'm also working on a few other DA:I songs and some ME ones (juggling way more than I should). Haven't been writing on ao3 as a direct result of it. *sigh*

ANYWAY. I quit piano (which is the only instrument I play so don't ask for others please) after grade 8 so please don't criticize me for my poor transcription skills ... my really bad timing.... or how the arrangement I made isn't quite there (feel free to make your own if you have issues!). I'm not a professional musician (my interest lies in theatre) by any means and trying to arrange notes while trying to incorporate theory (which was largely ignored unfortunately for the most part) and accuracy is difficult to say in the least (especially since my headset broke *sighhh*).

The visual part of the video isn't that great (in my opinion anyway), but I don't exactly have the spare funds to go and buy a better looking program for midi files like synthesia and used Musanim (free!). The visual and sound may also not completely line up since I had to use a video editing program since ShareX didn't record the audio the first time for some reason (and I didn't feel like transferring the files to a better computer since I've had a relatively shitty week). I was originally planning playing this on piano but I'm not exactly a great player (unless I practice like crazy which I wasn't doing), my right arm is still sore from a tennis injury that I got last week, and the piano I have unfortunately... the LH keys do not always work and are kinda busted.

The arrangement I made for the Dark Solas Theme undoubtedly is not perfect, but if you do modify it so that it's better please give me credit for doing so... alternatively tell me where you think there are errors so I can fix the version I have asap.

If you need to contact me about something please do it through ao3 unless you're fine with waiting (I check the bsn about once a week unless I'm genuinely interested in a topic and the youtube account I made for this was made solely for transcribing so it isn't my active account)... I do not want requests since I'm already working on other things. The next pieces I plan on focusing on are: "The Inquisition Marches" and "The Fall of the Magister."
