My husband's grandpa passed away.

This is good news because he's been suffering for 7 years, especially in the last 2. Slowly deteriorating is not how I want to go at all.

When I heard the news I cried....not sad....but so happy that he is no longer suffering!

I don't think anybody would want to have to endure that.  I'm glad he now has some peace.

xx

My grandpa had four strokes in the course of five years. He was one of the best persons that i've met in my life and i loved him so much, but in the end i didn't wanted to see him living that way.

He's gone and for the best...

*Hugs again*

My condoleances, I'm really sorry...

I totally agree with you, it's terrible to see the love ones dying little by little.

Thanks everyone :) It'll be fun to see everyone that's out of state, even though it's an unfortunate circumstance

Condolences!

I think, personally, i'd want a funeral party myself so everyone could enjoy good moments with one another. And as expected it would cater only the "best" for you. Coffee, pizza and booze, with a side of Monster drinks and gummi vitamins to help keep the pops productive.

In good news my missing cousin just hopped in the car and went fishing for a week without telling anyone. Just stressed and needed to blow off steam. Which is good news and to top it off I now to get to imagine my anxiety strung semi tribal indigenous aunty ripping shreds off him in his lounge room in front of his wife.

While they both sit there like good little kids and listen to what they're told.

Honestly it was almost worth being that worried now.

Edit: Reading through the thread.

My condolences and best wishes to ObliviousMiss and family.

Even if you make it, the kid gets sick... It's the Genophage, isn't it?

The Genophage would mean a badass mission to mars to save an Asari goddess and letting a Salarian blow himself up.

I wish.

Thanks for that!

Lol, it does stick out though like a sore thumb, whenever a positive thread comes on, but I appreciate it!

And yep, a negative nancy has arrived already.

Something about there being the most excited for BSN salt threads when the trainwreck: Andromeda, hits shelves.

I mean, yeah its your opinion, and your entitled it, but Edam Cheese!!!

What kind of statement is that, and what does that say about you when all you can do is just drown out positivity with negativity like that!
