Hello all. I have been working on a multiplayer campaign, possibly turn it into a PW later; and I need to find a few basic scripts for it. The scripts I need are for the onDeath system, resting system, and for a hunger/thirst system. What I would like these scripts to do is:

onDeath: revives the character and teleports them to another zone (my fugue plain). leaves behind a corpse token for rezzing by other players or NPCs, and applies the standard p&p exp penalty for rez/raise dead if cast on them or if they leave fugue without getting rezzed (possibly a different penalty for leaving fugue without being rezzed).

Resting system: To be able to choose number of hours to rest, being able to rest on a placable bed, only able to rest around a campfire or in an inn. Possibly require a bedroll for sleeping (havent decided for sure on this part yet). Actual resting that is not just kneeling down and waiting for the short time (possibly a fade to black type effect rather than the standard animations). And a possible random encounters for resting outside an Inn.

Hunger/Thirst system: a system that tracks the characters hunger and thirst and applies penalties when at certain points. Have an ingame gui window that displays current level where hunger/thirst is at.

I know most of this is actually covered by HCR2 but I really do not want the whole system. If just the three sub-sytems could be exported From the whole would be great but I have not seen anyone do this yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am not very good with scripting. Thanks.

kevL made an amazing thirst system, but it will take a bit of work to re-purpose to your campaign.  The required resting areas can be done with just the toolset.  I have seen several posts on this forum for making areas and rooms "restable" with little to no scripting.  I think there is a tutorial in the NWW2toolset guide too.

Yeah, I have been following your progress on your mod and was quite impressed with alot of it, including KevL's hydration system but I couldn't find any working links to download it or anything else except the 2 optional downloads on the first page. The other links were not working.

The resting system you describe is very much like the resting system introduced in Mask of the Betrayer and further developed in Storm of Zehir.  It has fade to black, passage of time (with several time-passing options), flexible chance of wandering monsters or safe resting in specific areas, and an item you can require for resting.

Thank You Sabranic, greatly appreciated :)

Tchos, does that system allow setting specific areas within a hostile zone that the PC can rest (Like within a rest trigger)? Is that the rest system Kaedrin had modified for his PRC Pack?
