Summons never expire in 1.69

Whether with the two expansions (SoU, HotU) or with modules, I noticed that summons, mine or my henchmens', never expire until I rest.  Is this normal now for patch 1.69?  I kind of miss the time limitations with summons since it made the game slightly more difficult and strategic.

I think Summon Creature have always had a duration of 24 hours. Perhaps you are thinking of NWN2?

Summons expire without resting in NWN2, too.

Did you change the speed of time in your models, by any chance? Making the time run more slowly leads to everything that has a duration of "hours" last much, much longer.

default game hour is 2 turns per hour... game turn lasts 1 minute, so each hour is 2 minutes long x the level of caster will give you the duration of the summons spells. If you set the game hour equal to a different value, duration will change. Look in the module properties and see what the game hour has been set to.
