Is there any way I can remove invisibility potions from thieves but keep the other potion usage?

No you just have to counter their invisibility with one of the standard tools (detect invis, insect plauge etc)

There is, but you'd need to edit  out some of SCS code before you install SCS.

I have an inquisitor use true sight and they just immediately go invisible again whenever they are revealed, it's rather silly I think.

I figured out how to do it, if anyone is interested. Before you install the potion segment of SCS, you need to open the stratagems/potion folder and the edit the potion_shard.tph file. Delete the line that starts out with "LPF allocate_invisibility_potions" and delete the entire section that says "Invisibility potions (mostly for thieves)".

Definitely a massive improvement. I like most of the stuff in SCS, but some of them are just ridiculous...like these potion spamming thieves ad the improved rakshasa for the trademeet genie quest.
