Loved Tempest, gives some submarina vibe, which isn't bad for a space ship. Also, looks very much like Normandy, but I don't feel any nostalgy anyway.

Loved Ark. Arks? So there are many of them? I guess that's why leak mentioned "colony ships". BW didn't mean it, but it has some nice intergalactic invaders feel around it, makes me want to harvest few alien worlds already.

Also, was that Cora in the end? Not a blonde anymore? Oh well, someone would be offended by this shameless white promotion otherwise.

Isn't working on this one, so his opinion is just as informed as ours. That is, not.

Is he 100% correct? Not necessarily, and he probably regrets that tweet now, especially now that I've had to single-handedly explain to everyone on the BSN why that tweet and our reception of it is significant, but a professional who has worked in the gaming industry, and not just the industry, but that same company under that same publisher, should probably know more than a bunch of fans who don't meet any of those criteria.

 

Sorry to be a downer, but I just want to be on the same page on the gravity of that tweet and what it implies. But I also want to clarify, for those of you who aren't adept at inferring, that I am still excited for the game, that what was shown was great (and he had other tweets commending the beautiful footage as well).

The last image looks like a slimmed down Avenger with a scope and different stock on it. I noticed that too.

 

The other image doesn't really have a good angle to look at the guns on the person's back unfortunately.

I think she may well look good without a goofy expression and lighting that kind of makes her look like she's got a five o'clock shadow

Haha. That's the female protagonist's flat backside in that image. I snagged a still a few frames later to get a look at her armor.

That definitely lookes like an evolution of the old "battle tuna" assault rifle design. I was eager to see the weapon designs in this game. They look really good. I hope they're also a blast to use.

I think she's very homely, or unattractive, but looks awesome. Not every woman in real life is attractive to me, nor need they be. (I'm pretty sure most of them don't worry too much what I think, either.)

I was momentarily confused, at first, because she was rather masculine looking. She was clearly Asari, though. If this is what the OP of the "androgynous Asari" thread wanted, she will be happy.

She does look like she could be a youth, or child, even. Maybe she's not an adult?

 

My first thought was 'male asari??' lol.

 

I like the animation, she  is nodding and having a friendly conversation, then 'oh crap'.

 

What bothered me is that her upper face looks like a  different colour from her lower face. I hope Asari aren't just human faces with a scalp crest attached.

 

I do hope they offer a variety of looks for various alien NPC's in the same way they do for humans, but who knows? This might be a one off due to being a companion, and all the rest will look the same, like DA2 elves and Qunari.

Some people are still in the mindset the women don't play video games. So why show a woman protagonist in the trailers? There are more women gamers than they think out there.
