wow why are people so focused on whether or not the asari from the clip has/does not have eyebrows lol. I think she looks fine though it's funny how may posts there are about already disliking an alien we really no nothing about it.

People are shallow and too used to gorgeous people in games. That asari character may not even be a main character and even if she is, she doesn't have to be drop-dead gorgeous like Liara. The asari in the trailer looks like every other asari in the trilogy, tbh. Relatively average and lacks eyebrows. Really, Liara was the exception in beauty standards.

EDIT: Re-watching the trailer and I have to admit it's weird that it looks like she has eyebrows. Why does she have what looks like hair on her brow? Though my attractiveness comment still stands.

It's disheartening, tbh. She's very cute and I wouldn't say she is ugly by any means.

Not really an exception imo. Sha'ira, Shiala, Benezia, Samara, Aria T'Loak, Ereba, Falere, Rila, Tela Vasir,  even Aethyta. The whole point of the asari species (for game purposes) was that they were idealized, humanoid-but-alien "space-babes".

Though there is that thing that happens to Aethyta's face if Shepard drinks too much...

I don't know if you guys see it...but if you have to cherry pick a 2 min trailer to find SOMEthing to be excited about...that's...not good.

I haven't saw a reason to this day to care about this game. NONE. I have flexibility...not reach. I keep waiting for them to show me...hell anything! This was not the move fam.

Why would we see it?

Man can't say I'm too excited about what I've seen...pretty average trailer...not too much to comment.

One thing though.....that asari is one of the ugliest I've seen on the entire trilogy and I've liked asari in the past games. Not impressed.

Pretty and all, definitely gonna have to upgrade my GPU and those little fins at the front of the Tempest look like an adorable moustache but anybody keeping track of all these "we'll show more X" and then X arrives and the cycle continues.

Quite a few people have kept track of that. This is the fourth time when a time they said info will be given isn't and they say "It will this *insert time period here*.

To be fair, they never said what exact info would be given, and the new trailer did offer some insights through the visuals.

Tbh looks a little like John C Reilly.

Nobody's counting the reveals, though, because they were all leaked already.

Though that's really valuable, since it pretty much kills any lingering doubts over the validity of the leaks.

*thinks about the leaks being legitimate*

"Tempest" is the kicker there. Learning the name of the ship essentially confirmed the entire leak (and the "home for humanity" phrasing in Mac's voiceover).

Announcement trailer - "More info in the fall"

N7 Day trailer - "More info in the summer"
E3 trailer - "More info info in the fall"

The game looks pretty though. Now gimme info

The space shots are great (as they should be... ;) )

I can't shake the feeling that the ship in the foreground looks a bit like the Saints Row 4 Void-class ships.

Not really fully confirmed it, but a decent size of it probably.

Boston was part of Fallout 4's leak, but so was a fixed gender protagonist as I recall and that didn't happen.

Point remains, though: any variation in the ending would have to be addressed, whether the ending was spectacular or not.

You still don't understand though. ofc it would have to be "addressed" but it could "have been much simpler" were the endings different, especially if they knew they were going to start another trilogy (though idk about that).

what i dont understand is, how this is a hard concept to grasp. the writing was nonsense. all narrative coherence up to that point was just thrown out of the window. so maybe, just maybe, if it wasnt utter nonsense, it would have been easier to initiate a new trilogy. but what we got instead burnt alot of viable options for what could have been a much smoother and more flowing transition. cant wait for the retcons to make up for this now.

your point does not remain.

And even then, not really since there are perfectly good galaxies a lot closer than Andromeda.

Yes but, Mass Effect:Canis Major Dwarf doesn't really have the same ring to it? We could also have Mass Effect: Fornax, should we want to go a galaxy closer than Andromeda.

I was thinking of the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds, particularly the LMC since it is the fourth biggest galaxy in our local group. It even fits the exploration theme since Magellan is a famous explorer. And it is only 158,200 ly away instead of 2,538,000 ly away.

the think with Adremeda is that is the closest galaxy to earth that is like the Milky way. A spiral type of galaxy
