For people saying its to small or not much armour there not going to give Ryder who is green with not much experiance one of there more heavy armoured lethal ships they go to N7s or other high ranks in the Alliance.

Plus I think the attire that we see Ryder in is only the underarmor. Bioware said a while ago they were doing that system, where your default casual outfit will be a suit of underarmor and then the actual armor pieces go on top of that. Sort of like what the Halo franchise does with the Mjolnir armor.

I like the ship, it´s not Super Cool! But i´ts ok. I need to see how it work in the game, for better analysis.

Hmmm, so is this a scout ship then?  Are there others?  I'm thinking that there are probably more out there, and the Tempest is just one of them.  They probably saved the big name for one of the larger ships.  Perhaps the N7 got something with a name evoking a large bit of nostalgia, a ship with serious firepower and whatnot, while the new recruit gets the scouter?  I like the design, though I am curious as to the customization options. Interior, exterior and the like.  

 

It would make sense that this is a smaller ship.  After all, they had to trudge all the way to Andromeda, a mere 780 kilo parsecs away ( a few hundred years, eh?  Not say, thousands?  Because that's 2.5 million light years out...not a jaunt to the super), so factoring in fuel and resources, a larger ship might have cost valuable space.
