I think people should count themselves lucky they got as much info as they did. 10 years ago there was none of this. 15 years ago the closest you got was magazine articles.

Of course ten years ago what we had was a different world too for gaming, the constant stream and flow of info now is unprecedented, as is the closeness between the developers and the fanbase.

my point, im tired of developers to show me videos like this one and the end product isnt near close to it.
I prefer to get a more substantial video 3-4 months close to release date.
Really? You'll have to name a few. 'Cause I don't know of any movies that start releasing teaser trailers 4 years before the movie's release and continue releasing teasers up until just a few months before the movie is released.
The new Ghostbusters movie has what 2 trailers and it's already one of, if not the most hated and/or controversial movies of the year, just because of the damn trailers. There are plenty of smaller films released before and after summer seasons that are lucky to get one trailer and/or TV spot.
