Also, your 2/2/2 idea bothers me because the amount of races in ME is higher than in DA. Male and female turians, quarian and human, asari, at least. Maybe also drell or native andromedian races?
And I'm not even taking sexual orientation into consideration ( i.e. having both straight and lesbian human women will be a nice idea).
