Hey when you are in cryogen for 200 years it's tough to pluck those eyebrows.

Maybe asari developed eyebrows over the course of a hundred or so years of repeated human reproduction cycles.

That or maybe one of her parents was human :P

Maybe Synthesis allows them the choice to grow eyebrows, if they want. Liara would've been on board with that.

There are theories that believe us (humans) arrogant to think that we're the only ones of our kind in every galaxy everywhere.  By that vein, and taking into consideration that humans are not unique to only the Milky Way, it could be possible that the Asari started somewhere else and had their ancestors travel.  Those other Asari could have had eyebrows and facial features changed through breeding and generation.

...I reject your reality and substitute it for my own!  :D

Actually the idea that asari might take on excessive human characteristics over time does make some sense. The asari are physically most like humans and thus out of other races they would attract human mates the easiest. While "randomizing genetic code, blah blah" seems to be the accepted science, there's still at least one case of an asari who definitely seemed to take on traits based on her father's species.

It is entirely possible that the universal norm is not our own and that they have evolved to have eyebrows.

I think you need to look up what the word contradiction means, bub. Also, slow down and stop stacking consecutive shitposts upon one another.

Cocky and wrong is a bad combo. When you say things that run counter to each other, those things are contradictory. You're trying to criticize the game for conflicting reasons because you're so desperate to crap on it. You've been posting about how shite the game is for a long time already, knowing next to nothing about it. But you can't have it both ways. Either the game is doing too much to move away from Mass Effect, or it's doing too little to set itself apart. It can't be both. Your complaints are contradictory and childish.

Hey, I putz around a lot, but most of my shenanigans have some basis of rational thought in 'em.

Not interested in romancing any asari at all, personally, but that aside, I don't know if this one will even be an option.

People are saying she looks mannish/has eyebrows she shouldn't/etc.  I think she looks like a teenager or younger.  If people don't find a child attractive, that's a good thing.  She might be Mass Effect: Andromeda's version of Mission Vao (although she probably won't share 100% that personality).  Why we would have a child on our crew, I don't know.  For all we know, she could be the child of an actual crew member, or even just an NPC we'll deal with in a quest.  Of course even if she is a child or teenager by asari standards, she still might be 50-60 years old.

Now, she probably does have some important role regardless of her age and crew status, because otherwise her model might not be finished yet.  But, I might also be wrong because they could finish the less important characters before they finish polishing the ones we're going to be traveling everywhere with.

It's important to note that we're probably going to have a bigger ship, and if our ship is our hub we may have various NPCs to interact with aboard said ship.  As a matter of fact, since we're the ones going out and creating colonies for people to live in, it makes sense that our ship is where all of our NPCs will be.

Dude, we are here to talk about Asari with eyebrows!

Stay on topic!

THIS IS IMPORTANT DAMMIT!!!

Regarding the eyebrows... I don't know, they are definetely there so we have two options:

1) Some Asari have eyebrows from now on, apparently.

2) Asari travelled to Andromeda before and they evolved as... Asari with facepaint and eyebrows.

I took it that we've only seen the "pretty" Asari to date.  They've all looked female despite them being adamant about not being male or female.  Perhaps some have more masculine traits.  Maybe mixing with aliens has had more of an impact on their genetics than they'd like to believe and the pictured Asari is proof of it.  Didn't Mordin believe that certain traits were passed along from the "father" species?  Liara's father seemed to think she had Krogan traits due to having a Krogan father.

Yeah really.  I don't understand why someone would frequent the forum of a game series they constantly put down.  And the creation of multiple accounts just proves that user is beyond pathetic.

I 100% support the demand that they should remove the eyebrows.

Way too human!

I agree She looks realistic. Not fake. As for eyebrows they should take them away to keep true to the lore but I really don't care.

I think Liara is the only asari with eyebrows in orig til. Maybe it's a sign of adolescence as some people have claimed. Hmmm. Or they forgot to put them on the rest of the Asari. Prefer them without but don't care. I wonder.... do they have hair...... never mind. ah James Vega.

If they wanted to stay true to lore that thing would be a hideous deformed freak with some sort of genetic defect.

Forget the eyebrows for a moment and remember one thing.

The Asari are a race of BEAUTIFUL WOMEN.

You take the beautiful part out and make them look like men and eyebrows are barely worth rating in terms of the lore.
