Trailer was great dude I loved it.
The reaction took longer than expected to get out, yeah. EA was a little more strict this time around. My analysis videos take a bit to make, because I view the trailer frame by frame several times.

Because at 6:22 to me it looks like N7 and krogan are droping someone..
...and that someone looks like dude from this scene, uncharismatic captain from big ship.

One detail the gun you showed on minute 5:36 is not Charkram Launcher but the M76 Revenant
At 5:47 that certain tattooed character-from-leaked-footage, that is also getting dropped from the cliff, appears slumped and injured while conversing with the people the protag and team are about to shoot at.
Edit: Someone else screenshot it, and it appears he is approaching a new? alien in white armor:

This is a series that is regularly having the protagonist shoot fellow squadmates, drop people out windows, stab mechanics with electrical cattle prods, and the ever popular one of having someone who is bleeidng out start walking, hopefully till they find a shady spot to die. Just saying moral ambiguity of a character does not exactly presuppose someone's antagonism.
What'd you think of the trailer? What things did you notice?
I thought it was a really good trailer, but I would've liked more. Something I noticed was that in the scene which you identified as a kind of "home base", someone that looks a lot like the woman at the end of the trailer is crossing the bridge. In the scene where the human, the Krogan and the other one (who may be human, but their helmet looked quarian at certain angles) are getting into cover, the man they later drop off a ledge seems to be being interrogated by someone.

0:55 - you circled ship. I'm pretty sure it's "ARK". Similar angle to the one from N7 Day video.
Also it seems people's dreams about transparent helmets might come true, since it's clearly transparent on biotic attack part.

All right, I think we can safely say the MC is NOT N7 this time around. The N7 might be a teammate, a rival or eventually an enemy. I do note that the male N7 and the A1 (Ryder, Pathfinder etc) do not appear in any shots together or in any shots implying they are together so far. Its also worth noting that the A1's face plate is see through allowing the player to see hints of their face in some of the shots (like when they are doing the Biotic Power Bomb). The N7, conversely, has a face plate that hides their features completely. This is why I am entertaining the idea that they are a rival or even a potential enemy. Since this does appear to be a major undertaking by the various Milky Way races it wouldn't surprise me if there was more than 1 Tempest class ship out there running recon/exploration/etc. So that opens up the possibility of rival teams with similar goals to your own, with methods that could bring them into conflict with you and your team.
