Some things I think I noticed:
The Asari seems to have eyebrows

The trailer appears to switch between male and female Ryder

(Leak stuff, so some spoilers follow)

I think they show part of the Krogan's loyalty mission. A leak stated that you would have a Krogan squadmate who would have a loyalty mission where an outlaw faction steals Krogan supplies.
This man in the leaked footage you mentioned is seen fighting a Krogan in the leaked footage, seems to be an enemy to our Krogan friend, and has a shady face tattoo.
If this is indeed his loyalty mission, then that may confirm that loyalty will play a big role (as we saw it did for Wrex in ME1 and the whole squad in ME2)

That area did seem to have a lot of him in it, could be acquisition as well tho. Seems important to him regardless.

There's also either a "G2" or "o2" on Ryder's back. The "2" could also be an "a" Was recently tipped off about it.
