Looks too young to be in charge, but who cares in a game with a CC
Hair options might be slightly better than DA:I's CC
Waking from cryosleep probably confirms the ark didn't use wormholes or mass effect relays to reach Andromeda
The game probably starts in Andromeda

Exactly. There should have been something more approriate, like

Ah, I see what you're saying.
Probably later for something like that. I was still struck at seeing and hearing her at all.

There does seem to be improvement in the hair..*knocksonwood!*.
Seems like the game starts in Andromeda, but with a possible, possible prologue type sceneof the ARK project jetting out of the MW.

We apparently wake up in Andromeda after long trip to there from Milky Way so probably there was some fear of never reaching Andromeda and just perishing on your sleep. I think that's why she says "We made it." She sounds simply relieved to me.

There is no way that is during the Reaper War. There is no Reaper Armada in the space around Earth where we are flying, nor any signs of battle. There are a couple fires in one of the scenes, but that is most likely just wildfires, naturally occurring and are visible from space.
Yeah, I was rewatching the vid, the spot where they're leaving and approach that giant ship thing--ARK? Anyway, I wondered the same thing. I thought nah, how could something this size be out there like that and not be getting pommeled by Reapers.
In fact, they're no Reapers anywhere. I have the scene paused right now. Without context, however, it's hard to be absolute. We don't know of when that scene is representative. How long were they building this thing? Was that scene a shot of some late term building going on?
Also, I see different type of ships. Can you all tell if those are just different Alliance ships, or does one or two look Turian design? If so, then that would indicate a definite multi-species effort on this project.

It does now appear that they left after the reaper war which makes me wonder what the motivation for leaving was.

MWG left in ruins due to Reaper Wars.
They think it'd be easier to find a new home
OR
The Arks are meant to escape potential galactic destruction. Noah's Ark was used for survival.

Well, the trailers keep mentioning the human spirit and its desire to explore, so it could be something just as simple as that. It's really no different than humans going to colonize other planets in our galaxy, just this time it's on a much larger scale.

There is something to notice though, we see 3 Arks in this trailer but only one in the N7 trailer.
So it's probably reading too much into it or something happens on their way out of the MW

Destruction from what Dark Energy?
And wouldn't they have to make an ending canon? How would you explain the fact that there would be no half synthetic and half organic beings for example?
Or maybe we didn't built the arks? Maybe one race from the Andromeda came with them to save some of the Milky Way's races?

I don't put much stock in that. It could be any number of things, from just deciding to show one in the N7 trailer to maybe each Ark is going to a different galaxy and we're just following the one in Andromeda to something else.

Yeah. Even if the Arks themselves weren't being attacked, you'd see the signs of battle between the Reapers and the Alliance ships protecting the Arks, like what we see with the Crucible docking scene if you have lower EMS.

It would be a lot easier to explore and colonize the Milky Way since only one percent of it has only been actually explored by the citadel races. The reapers must have done some major damage.

Total destruction from the Reaps potentially winning the war.
Bioware needs to man up and admit destroy is the canon ending.
- We didn't see no green glow that synthesized beings are supposed to have
- We didn't see no Reapers out in space helping us
- I don't think we refused

In the new Trailer is also some giant construct on the left side on 1:28. with platet outside an a slightly bent outside. That reminde me of the citadel. That would also speak for post ME3. And the ships in earth orbit may be the security fleet for earth an the citadel.

It would be, yes. But for whatever reason they decide to also explore other galaxies. It's not that surprising. In real life we have yet to explore other solar systems and yet there are plans for exploring different galaxies as well. The people of Mass Effect are now just able to do both.

Well, it's their damn own problem if they wake up unispired.

They could be trying to get away from the Leviathans since they felt the galaxy was rightfully theirs to rule especially with the reapers out of the way

It could be right right before the Reapers arrive, though. The Alliance had some warning of the Reapers' approach in the ME3 prologue.
500 Bio points says that what we're looking at is the emergency launch of the Ark just before the Reapers start blowing up stuff.

Yeah, noticed that. I thought maybe there were still three Arks just not showing all of them again because it's assumed?
OR better yet, something did happen and what you have are survivors of the trip. I mean, it should be a dangerous trip.
