Yeah, I am pretty sure it is a placeholder date so they can take pre-orders. It is the last day in EA's 2016 Q4 and it is a Friday, so it isn't a leak for me.

Well, we know that it's likely set for March, although 31st is usually the placeholder. I'd pen it for closer to March 6th, which is when ME3 released.

I believe March 31st is the last day of EA's fiscal year, in which case that would be a placeholder date. I doubt even BioWare has decided on an exact date yet.

The release date is the same placeholder, last day of the quarter.
