Pretty please? Why make such an awesome new race designed especially for the female fans. And then barely keep them in the game? Its sad, coz I love the design. They look awesome, and Thane was the singlehanded most awesome character in a videogame ever.

People beg enough we may just get one in DLC if we haven't already. Doubt it but DLC is possibility.

As much as I like them, I no longer think they'd make some of the best explorers.

We head off into Andromeda before any possible discovery of genetic adaptation to counter Kepral syndrome.  Due to this timeline constraint a Drell squaddie is at risk whenever we decide to settle in humid environments.

They do have administrative abilities.  Perhaps a crew member Drell focused on intel like Feron.

Am I really the only one who didn't care that much for Thane?

I mean, the idea of the drell is interesting and the species design is actually very, very cool, but I always hated talking to our resident assassin.

The way I remember it... (weird wooshing sound)

Onboard Normandy...Joker has set next destination..Journey down to the crew quarters to pass some time with friends...Enter life support controls...Air is dry here, slightly warm, odd hum of compressors sounding from the far wall...Wanted to speak with my new companion, a drell, green, an assassin of repute...Engaged him in normal conversation...His voice was deep, layered, meditative...Things were good when suddenly...Eyes turn black as the space between stars...Camera zooms, cuts between awkward closeups of his face, lighting changes for no reason...It reads like a freshman photography student spilled his portfolio and shuffled it back together in no particular order...He finishes his story: a broken, overly poetic mess...I can only believe it would have been moving had the special effects been shelved...He finishes, obviously vulnerable in his openness...I groan and say, "Really?  Was that the best way to represent an eidetic memory?"

So, it's not that I don't like the drell.  But I really do hope they keep the lightshow flashbacks to a minimum if we're going to be having multiple conversations with them.

Only if they make them as Androgynous as they made the Asari.

The drell are one of the species I hope to see more of in MEA.

Although I doubt BW will be able to resist giving the female version boobs I'd like to learn more about them beyond Thane's regretful assassin dying of incurable disease bit

I like Drell Infiltrators

Thane the character I was indifferent towards.

Drells and their perfect memories would be great to gathering information

Like organic recorders or something

Like organic recorders or something

Which makes them perfect for STG's information collecting habits

Yes, please Bioware, give us a male Drell. That's the only race I have been hoping to see in MEA from the start.

Since this game takes place sometime during the trilogy a STG Drell Infiltrator badAZZ seems unlikely

They are a council races so I feel better about their chances of being in the game than Quarians.
