Unfortunately, in case of ME1 and ME2, achievements are not stored online. Only in your local files.

fortunately, ME2 and ME3 achievement doesn't affect your stats like ME1.

Depending on what version you have, the Steam one does save files and progress in the cloud, as long as it's ticked in the options (in Steam).

You shouldn't have a hard time reacquiring them all. It only takes one playthrough with a ME1 imported save to get them all (provided you also have Normandy Crash Site, Firewalker, Overlord, Lair Of The Shadow Broker and Arrival)
So just suit yourself up for around 40 more hours of gameplay (that is, without failures and reloads). Not that it is a problem, if you're a dedicated fan.
Personally I always delete my ME2 profile (meaning all achievements and bonus powers are gone) before a new playthrough of the game.

Just enable the console and assign them back to yourself.
