It keeps telling me to press F to place the monument however when I do so nothing happens. It seems to remind me when I go to certain areas. I've collected the 20 dog tags and scanned the area clean for flash backs and tried F at every place it reminds me. My autosave and quicksave are both at this mission so avoiding it is impossible because my last manual save was 3 hours before.

It's an apparent keybinding issue. Use the key you set to melee attach and you'll place the monument.

Thank you very much. It worked! I'm ashamed to admit I forgot to try that button(when I pressed nearly every button on my keyboard). But I guess that'll happen around 5-6am
