Likely? Why? because people make up some bull**** theory? I think not.Get ready then. Regardless of the role, it's highly likely we'll get at least one sibling.
No Quarians in Andromeda

A House Divided (Legion's Loyalty Mission in ME2), sucessfully completed, can be viewed as an informal peace treaty between the Systems Alliance and the Geth at the very Least. Rewrite or Destroy, Legion gave the final decision to Shepard.
Who's to say that the Alliance didn't follow thru on that, perhaps thru Shepard (and possibly Legion)? The Quarians attacked shortly before the Reapers hit Earth, so there's 5.5 months time.......
And if there are in fact Turians, food for the Quarians is already assured. Even Exiled, Tali is recalled. But not every Quarian would reply to the call.
Some are in prisons.

Going to Andromeda is about survival by evading The Reapers.
The smart decision is to classify the info and only share it on a need to know basis.
It'd be very stupid to let everyone in on it especially since the Reapers are the master of brainwashing.

It'd take about 500 years before the reapers heard from their sleeper agents. And since the game wouldn't be made if the Reapers found the ARKCON project......

98% of Quarians were there, people on their pilgrimage were recalled back.
what if some were already in andromeda even if they were called back it would take over 100 years to go back. I think they either never get any message or just can't answer the call because it would be of no use if they come back like 300 years after the reaper war.

Mass Effect Mass Effect: Andromeda takes place in an entirely new galaxy. You may recognize some familiar elements.

Quarians go on Pilgrimages to bring things BACK to help the Flotilla. yes, Quarians are top notch when it comes to living longterm in outerspace. Their whole culture is based on serving THEIR flotilla first, which leaving this galaxy forever would not accomplish. Any Quarian on the Ark would either an individual be completely contrary their culture's beliefs, a prisoner or got on by accident/misunderstanding.

Or I guess an exile, which I imagine there might be a few of out there.

The fact that we have a family is confirmed. I just think it's more likely that we'll have a sibling then other relatives. While it's not confirmed, it's certainly no bull****, since we do have relatives.

Quarians are barely allowed on the Citadel. We'd need an exile whose willing to leave his people behind, and despite his exile is the best engineer the money can buy in the galaxy and as such was approached for the gig. All the same, that would be the handwave so we get to have a Quarian in face of everything we know about the politics of the ME galaxy. And we already get Krogan who are also certainly not there with hopes they'll help repopulate. I really feel we should have a finite number of handwaves to get non-obvious races onboard. Personally I'd rather we get a real Vorcha character for once.

No Quarians, no buy.
With the loss of good looking Asari I think the last thing I wanna hear is that Quarian booty has also been eradicated.

We had a Quarian squadmate three games in a row. Not to mention their race and culture was explored for quite a bit. I don't have a problem with Quarians on board, but I'd be really upset if a Quarian squadmate took place of a race we didn't have as a squadmate before. As OP said there is really nothing more to know about Quarians, nothing significant anyway.

They are masters at creating problems our protagonist can solve.
That basically describes every race in Mass Effect. They all created major problems for Shepard to deal with.
Quarians are master engineers. They would definitely be useful. In ME3 you get war assets not only from their military ships, but also from their engineers and scientists. Let's not underestimate the usefulness of Quarian military ship prowess, either - that would also be important to have. In fact, you get more war assets from the Quarians than any other single race aside from the Krogan and Alliance.
Considering how much the quarians have been looked for a new home, aside from just Rannoch, it's very conceivable they would be willing to spare some in hopes that at least some of them would survive the reapers and the geth and find a new place to live.

I can't argue with that. As far as major races go Quarians had the biggest part in ME3. So I hear you, and believe me as a huge Quarians fan I'd totally understand if they aren't a part of our crew, I just want to see them in game even if they just stand there and have a line or 2.

Going into denial won't help.
They haven't imported Asari to the new engine they've rebuilt them as a new race from them from the ground up for the Frostbite engine.
See the "Enough ****posting" thread. Which sadly also confirms via a tweet from Flynn that he'll have more to say about that 'Asari' later.
She's no placeholder.
That's your new Asaru squadmate and possible LI. The Krogan and the Salarians are next.
And Turians too if they're coming.
Unlike the Asari though Turians and Krogan have the potential to look better this time round.
And I'm giving up Ryncol in protest.

Er, no, their whole culture is based on the survival of the Quarian race in the face of terrible odds. I mean, they are basically the poster child of the "if a race of unstoppable machines is about to genocide you, run away in a big ship" strategy. Even they admit that the Flotilla is not a permanent goal, that would have to be either recovering their homeworld or finding a new world to colonize.
In fact, given that they were preparing for a total war against the geth in ME3, it would make sense if the Admirals sent some colonists away "just in case". They don't need the Reaper threat to think of long-term survival, the upcoming war is just fine to be afraid of the future of the Quarian species.

Denial about what?
Every asari looked different form each other, and some of them weren't, for me at least, attractive. Do you think all asari will look like her, like the qunari in DA2?
She's an important character, good. That doesn't mea her face might not change. Cassandra and Morrigan were important characters from the start of DAI's development, and their face changed multiple times. Keeping your expectations low is fair though.
That's your new asari companion, probably. Being in denial that she's male just because you don't want her to be a female won't change that.

Thing about this theory is an interview by Walters.
Development is in its final stages we don't want to show off anything that isn't finished or polished.
Which means that's the finished product. What you saw in the vid, the Krogan, the Asari are finished.
